I am currently awaiting my phone interview for the Disney College Program Fall 2016.
After the process of enrolling, waiting, getting the web based interview, waiting, getting an email about scheduling my phone interview, I did some research on what it was all about. I found some questions I think might help, click here
This year it was a bit different, right after my web based interview was finished, it rapidly said I was a STRONG CANDIDATE which made me really exited, and also gave me a link for me to schedule my phone interview, which I choose a week later.
My top roles are:
1. Character Attendant
2. Main Entrance
3. Attractions
